I’ve never had the most expensive camera or a team behind me. What I have is years of doing this badly first: shooting the same moment over and over, modelling in front of other people’s cameras, slowly working out why one image lands and another doesn’t.
People ask me the same things constantly. How I take my photos. How I know where to stand. How I edit. How I get someone else to actually take a good photo of me. The answer was never an app or a setting. It was the eye, and I’ve never really taught it before.
For four weeks, I’m opening that process up.
